Not "somewhere in the pickup zone". Your driver tells you the exact spot before you land, tracks the aircraft so the timing is right, and holds the car up to an hour at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 once you are on the ground.
From the flight number you gave at booking. If you are two hours late out of Singapore, the driver leaves Goulburn two hours later — nobody sits in a car park burning your money.
A message with exactly where to walk to, sent before you land so it is waiting when you switch your phone on. No hunting, no ringing around while wrangling trolleys.
Clear customs, follow the message, and the bags go in the boot. If the queue is long, the car waits — there is no meter to run.
T2 and T3 sit together on the eastern side of the airport. T1 is a separate site altogether — a bus ride away, not a walk.
All international services, Qantas and Jetstar international included. Arrivals is on the ground floor, and everyone comes out through the same doors after customs and biosecurity.
Clearance times here are the most variable part of any trip home. We plan for that rather than assume the best case.
Sydney Airport transfers →Jetstar, Virgin Australia, Rex and most non-Qantas domestic operations. Baggage collection and the pickup areas are close together, so the walk out is short.
Domestic arrivals move fast. Usually you are outside within fifteen minutes of the seatbelt sign.
Sydney Airport transfers →Qantas domestic services. A short walk from T2 along the terminal frontage — near enough that people regularly turn up at the wrong one and walk across.
If you are unsure which of T2 or T3 you are in, message the driver. It is a two-minute fix.
Sydney Airport transfers →T1 is not walkable from T2 and T3. They are on opposite sides of the runways, connected by a shuttle bus and the train. If you are connecting from an international arrival to a domestic departure, allow for that transfer properly — it is the single most common way people miss a connecting flight out of Sydney.
Pickup areas change. Sydney Airport reorganises its kerbside and parking arrangements periodically, and rideshare and private-hire bays have moved more than once. That is exactly why your driver sends the spot on the day rather than us printing a bay number here that goes stale.
Give us the flight number, not the landing time. Times move; flight numbers do not. With the number we see the delay before you do.
Turn your phone on before you clear customs if you can. The message will be waiting, and it saves standing in the arrivals hall working out where to go.
If something goes wrong, ring the driver first. Missed bag, wrong terminal, a family member still inside — none of it is a problem if we know. The car is not going anywhere and there is no charge for the wait.
You will get a message with the exact spot before you land. We do not print a bay number on this page because Sydney Airport changes its kerbside arrangements from time to time, and a stale number is worse than none.
We track it. The driver leaves later, arrives later, and there is no waiting charge. That is the reason we ask for a flight number rather than a landing time.
Same system in reverse — we see it and bring the pickup forward. Message the driver when you are through and they will tell you how long.
No. International clearance is unpredictable and none of it is your doing. There is no meter on a fixed-fare booking.
Ask when you book. A meet-and-greet inside arrivals is straightforward to arrange, and it is what we usually do for elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors and anyone who would rather not be looking for a car.
Yes — tell us both flight numbers. T1 and T2/T3 are on opposite sides of the airport, so that transfer needs real time allowed for it.
Yes. Ring them, lodge the report, and come out when you are done. It happens often enough that it is routine.
Tracked arrivals, no waiting fee, and the exact meeting spot before you land.
Sydney Airport moved private pickups away from the kerb, so each terminal has its own walk. These are the current directions — your driver confirms them by message before you land.
Maximum waiting time is 1 hour after the plane lands. Extra waiting may incur additional fees and can result in cancellation of the service.
Maximum waiting time is 40 minutes after the plane lands. Extra waiting may incur additional fees and can result in cancellation of the service.

Turn your phone on as soon as you land. Your driver messages you directly to confirm the exact pickup point, so the phone needs to be switched on for us to reach you. If you do not have an Australian number, give us a WhatsApp number when you book. Confirming your flight number and landing time lets us track the aircraft and have the car there for the real arrival time rather than the printed one.
Not sure which option suits you? Ask and we will tell you honestly.
