Western Sydney Airport sits at Badgerys Creek, on the western edge of the basin. Coming home to the Southern Tablelands that matters: you pick up the Hume from the west rather than crossing the city from Mascot.
Passenger flights run from 25 October 2026. Pick your town below and we will send the fixed price for that address — every WSI fare is published, from $309 for one or two passengers, $30 less than the same run from Mascot.
Sydney Airport is on the far side of the city from us. Getting home from Mascot means the M5 corridor at whatever hour your flight happens to land. Western Sydney Airport is on the western side of the basin, so the run south picks up the Hume without crossing the city at all.
Whether that makes it the right airport for you depends on where your flight actually leaves from, not on the map alone. Both airports are the same booking to us.
WSI fares follow the Sydney Airport fares for every town we serve, less $30 for one or two passengers, because the run home from Badgerys Creek joins the Hume without the M5 corridor. Goulburn is $349 for one or two passengers, Tallong $325, Araluen $549; every seat count from one to eleven is on each town’s page and on the fares page.
Send the flight number, the address and the passenger count and the pickup is confirmed in writing at that fare. Nothing is charged until after your drop-off, and there is no deposit either way.
Each town has its own page covering the route south, what the airport means for that district and how to get a fixed price for the trip.
Flying out instead? The outbound WSI pages cover the same the towns we service, and there is a fuller guide to the airport itself. Arriving at Mascot instead? Those pages are here.
Passenger flights run from 25 October 2026. Freight operations started earlier, from 26 July 2026.
Yes, for any travel date from 25 October 2026 onward. We confirm the fixed price in writing when we take the booking, and nothing is charged until after your drop-off.
Because the distances differ far more across the region than they do to Mascot. We would rather quote your actual address than post a table we might have to correct. Send the details and the price comes back in writing.
Yes. Give us the flight number rather than the time and we watch the aircraft, so a delayed arrival moves the pickup on its own and never costs you a waiting fee.
Jetstar from 25 October 2026 to Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Air New Zealand to Auckland from 26 October 2026. Singapore Airlines daily to Changi from 23 November 2026. Qantas to Brisbane and Melbourne from 28 March 2027.
The approach is easier rather than simply shorter. Badgerys Creek is on the western side of the basin, so you avoid the M5 corridor and the Mascot approach. Which airport suits you depends on where your flight actually leaves from.
Yes, and that remains the bulk of our work. Mascot fares for every town we serve are published on this site and nothing about WSI opening changes them.
That is the whole trick. With the number we track the aircraft, so a late arrival moves the pickup on its own and never costs you a waiting fee.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship. Not stock photos.
