You are not buying a seat, you are booking a vehicle. Four people travelling together pay the four-seat fare once between them — which is why a family run to Sydney often works out cheaper than the train.
| Sedan · 1–2 | $379 |
| Kia Carnival · 3–4 | $409 |
| People Mover · 5–6 | $439 |
| Minibus · 7–11 | $479 |
Passenger count picks the vehicle first. Luggage is the tie-breaker — five people with five suitcases and golf clubs is a bus job even though six seats would technically fit.
One or two passengers with up to four large checked bags plus cabin luggage. The standard vehicle for a couple or a solo traveller, and the one most Tablelands bookings go out in.
Four passengers travel for the price shown once — not each.
Fares from your town →Three or four passengers with more boot space than a sedan. The right call when the group is small but the bags are not — a family with a pram and a portacot, or four adults with oversized cases.
Four passengers travel for the price shown once — not each.
Fares from your town →Five or six passengers with noticeably more boot space than a sedan. The right call when the group is small but the bags are not — a fortnight in Europe, a ski trip, a family with a pram and a portacot.
Also the sensible pick for four adults with oversized luggage.
Fares from your town →Seven to eleven passengers with generous luggage room. Extended families flying out together, work crews heading to a site, wedding parties, and school or sporting groups from across the Tablelands.
Eleven people from Goulburn works out at about $47 each.
Fares from your town →Four sizes, and the fare follows the vehicle rather than the head count — so the price below is what the whole group pays between them, not each. Every one carries free child seats, and tolls and airport charges are already inside the figure.

Passenger count picks the vehicle first; luggage settles it. Four adults each with a large case and a carry-on is a People Mover booking in practice, not a Kia Carnival one — tell us what you are carrying and the right vehicle turns up. Full capacities on the fleet page, and every Goulburn fare from one to eleven seats is in the table above.
One suitcase and one carry-on per passenger are inside the fare — extra bags are a set $5 each, so there is never a surprise at the kerb. What we do need is a heads-up on anything that is not a suitcase.
Golf clubs, skis and snowboards, surfboards, bicycles, a wheelchair or walker, a pram, a musical instrument, a pet carrier: all fine, all carried regularly, and all things that change which vehicle we send rather than what you pay. Mention them when you book and the right car turns up. Mention them on the morning and we may be sending a second vehicle back out from Goulburn.
If you are genuinely unsure, describe the pile rather than counting it. "Four of us, two big cases, two carry-ons and a set of clubs" tells us more than a number does.
Coming home from a cruise? Cruise luggage is bigger than flight luggage — people pack differently for fourteen days at sea. Say so when you book and we will size up.
Goulburn shown as the worked example. The pattern is the same everywhere — each town's page carries its own full table.

Per-person figures are the vehicle fare divided by the passenger count, rounded. You are charged the vehicle fare, once.
NSW law is specific about restraints by age, and a transfer that turns up without the right one is no use to anybody at four in the morning. So we ask for the ages at booking rather than guessing.
Rear-facing capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are all available and all free. They are fitted and checked before we leave your driveway, not wrestled with at the gate.
Baby seats and child restraintsYes. Every booking is private — your group only, direct to the terminal, with no other pickups and no detours. We do not run a shared shuttle.
You can ask, and we will do it if the vehicle is free. Mostly the passenger count and the luggage decide it for us, and we would rather send something with room to spare than something you have to squeeze into.
Four large checked bags plus cabin luggage for four passengers. If you are four adults each with a big case and a carry-on, tell us — that is usually a minivan booking in practice.
No. One suitcase and one carry-on per passenger are inside the fare; extra bags are $5 and bulky items $10 each. Bulky items are $10 each and help us choose the right vehicle.
Folding wheelchairs and walkers, yes, routinely. For a powered chair or a passenger who cannot transfer to a standard seat, ring us first so we can be honest about whether we can help properly.
In a carrier, yes. Assistance animals travel without a carrier and without question. Let us know at booking either way.
Ring us and we will move you up a size. The fare changes to that vehicle's published rate — there is no penalty for changing, and no deposit tied to the original booking.
Fixed fare, no deposit, child seats free, and you pay after drop-off.
Not sure which option suits you? Ask and we will tell you honestly.
