Pickup address, flight number, how many are travelling and what you are carrying. The flight number matters more than the time — it is what lets us track you.
Back to you with the fixed fare from the published table and a pickup time calculated backwards from your departure, in writing, so there is nothing to remember or argue about later.
Card, cash or PayID to the driver after drop-off. Nothing is charged when you book and nothing changes if the traffic is bad.
Give us the whole trip. You already know the price — from the published fare on your town’s page, or from a quote we sent — so this just locks it in. Everything past your contact details and pickup is optional; fill in what you know and we confirm the rest.
Don’t have a price yet? Get a free quote first → — it asks more about luggage and passengers so we can work the fare out properly. Nothing is charged either way.
Give us the flight number, not the time. Times change; flight numbers do not. With the number we track the aircraft, so a delayed arrival moves the pickup automatically and never costs you a waiting fee.
Describe a rural pickup properly. At two in the morning a street number on an unsealed road is close to useless. A property name, a gate colour, a mailbox, "second gate past the cattle grid" — any of those saves ten minutes of driving up and down in the dark.
A quote is a price in writing with nothing reserved; a booking has the vehicle allocated to your date. This page is the booking. If you do not know the fare yet, start with the free quote form instead — it asks the luggage and passenger questions we need to price it, and you can turn the answer into a booking by replying to the email.
No. There is no deposit and we do not take card details to hold a booking. You pay the driver after drop-off — card, cash or PayID.
A few days is comfortable. School holidays and long weekends fill first. If you are ringing tonight for tomorrow morning, ring anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Yes, and there is nothing to forfeit because nothing has been paid. Just let us know as early as you reasonably can so the vehicle can go to somebody else.
Yes — the fixed fare and the pickup time, so nothing depends on either of us remembering a phone call.
Please do. Give us the returning flight number and we will have the car at arrivals, tracking the aircraft. It is the same fare in each direction, plus $10 for an airport pickup.
Of course — families book for parents, employers book for staff, and we deal with both daily. Just make sure we have a mobile number for whoever is actually travelling.
Fixed fare published for your town, no deposit, and the pickup time worked out while you are on the line.
Payment is due on the day of travel and goes to the driver, not to us in advance. Nothing is charged when you book and no card is held.
EFTPOS in the vehicle. A 1.8% surcharge applies to card payments.
Payable directly to the driver.
Ask the driver for the details on the day.
Digital and QR receipts available on request.
The short version: tell us a day ahead and there is nothing to pay. These are the exact terms so there are no surprises on the day.
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
If the booking is cancelled once the driver has arrived, 50% of the total fare is charged.
The driver waits up to 10 minutes at a residential or hotel pickup. Beyond that, additional charges may apply.
Up to 1 hour at T1 and 40 minutes at T2 and T3 after the plane lands. Extra waiting may attract a fee and can result in the service being cancelled.
Not sure which option suits you? Ask and we will tell you honestly.
