Why the fares differ by town rather than by kilometre. A run from Tallong and a run from Araluen are not the same job — one is straight onto the Hume, the other is an hour of country road before the highway even starts. The fare book reflects the real driving, which is why it is published rather than calculated on the day.

We run to both, and WSI at Badgerys Creek is genuinely a shorter trip from the Tablelands than Kingsford Smith — you turn off the Hume before Sydney traffic starts.
Every other destination follows your town's Sydney Airport fare: WSI is $30 less for one or two passengers ($30–$50 less for bigger groups), and White Bay at Rozelle and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay are both about $40 more. Yes — the same fare applies in each direction, plus $10 for an airport pickup. Booking both legs at once helps us plan the vehicle, but it is not a different price.
No surge, no weekend rate and no holiday surcharge. Set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), after 8pm (+$10) or after 10pm (+$20). A 2am Christmas Day pickup is the published fare plus the set $20 early-pickup fee, with no holiday loading.
Yes. Tolls on the run into Sydney and the airport access charge are inside the published fare. There is nothing added at the terminal.
Included, within reason. We track the flight, so the pickup moves with the aircraft rather than the clock, and a delay that was not your doing does not cost you anything.
